TMA's Development Journey

Founding stage

On October 2, 1997, fueled by dreams and unwavering passion, TMA was established with a team of six members. Its first office was set up in Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City, as TMA's initial representative office.

Growth stage

Throughout its operational history, TMA has continuously strived for excellence and growth. The company has consistently updated its international certifications, including RUP, ISO 9001:2000, TL 9000, CMMI Level 3, Agile, CMMI Level 5, ISO 27001:2005, and ISO 27001:2013.

TMA has expanded its presence by opening overseas offices in the world that are located in Canada, USA, Japan, Australia, Singapore, and Germany. These global offices not only facilitate closer connections with clients but also serve as a testament to TMA's brand on the international stage.

Moreover, TMA has actively participated in leading technology events both domestically and internationally, aiming to bring innovative technological solutions closer to potential clients.

After 26 years of relentless building and development, TMA has firmly established itself as a leading Technology Group in Vietnam. It comprises 3 member companies: TMA Solutions, TMA Innovation, and TMA Solutions Binh Dinh, operates in 6 domestic offices, has a global presence with 6 international offices, and boasts a workforce of 4,000 employees. TMA has partnered with clients from over 30 countries.

Additionally, TMA has established ten technology centers, including the Telecom Software Center, IoT Center, Data Solution Center, Automotive Software Center, Fintech Center, Hardware Lab, AI Center, Robotics Software Center, Healthtech Center, and 5G Center, offering over 30 innovative products and solutions.

Recently, TMA took pride in being honored as one of the "Vietnam Top 10 Digital Technology Companies 2023" in four categories: Top 10 Software and IT Services Outsourcing Companies, Vietnam Top 10 Trillion Digital Technology Companies 2023, Top 10 Smart City Solutions Companies and Top 10 Healthtech Companies.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

In the business development plan, TMA also pays special attention to CSR activities to improve the quality, brand value, and reputation of the business, thereby attracting more than 100,000 CVs from all over the world.

Up to now, TMA has cooperated with more than 65 domestic and foreign universities. TMA has welcomed more than 10,000 students to intern at the company.

Not only organizing 1,500 professional skills training courses for all employees, TMA is also interested in extracurricular activities with more than 1,000 social, sports, music, and cultural activities, of which, the most prominent sports activity is football with more than 2,000 exciting matches.
