The Medical Registration Kiosk has been put into use at several hospitals (Hospital 199) and featured in medical technology events and exhibitions (Da Nang Medical Expo, "Glory of the Vietnam People's Public Security" event). This solution allows people to proactively perform medical registration and hospital fee payments quickly.

The integrated technology of facial recognition combined with chip-based citizen IDs helps authenticate identity and accurately manage patient information by retrieving Health Insurance data throughout the entire medical examination and treatment process. This deployment has reduced the workload at reception counters, optimized the admission process, and shortened waiting times.
