An education organisation running digital learning programmes and academic competitions for K–12 students at school, district and national level — events that can involve tens of thousands of participants at once. Its challenge was engagement: online content students completed because they had to, not because they wanted to.

Traditional online learning drew low engagement from students accustomed to games and social apps. Running large-scale competitions meant heavy manual coordination across participating schools, and there was no way to track performance in real time while an event was live.

TMA built a gamified learning platform that turns curriculum content into competition - points, badges, levels, rewards and leaderboards, with quizzes and timed challenges. Contest management tools handle school-wide and nationwide events, and teachers work from a dashboard with real-time analytics.

Student motivation rose sharply once learning carried the mechanics of a game. Competitions that once took weeks to coordinate are launched and run from one platform. Teachers see performance as it happens, and the overall learning experience improved.
