An Australian EdTech startup taking on a structural problem in the vocational and professional training market: thousands of courses published by hundreds of independent providers, with no common way for a learner to compare them. The company set out to become the discovery layer serving both sides of that market.

Course information was fragmented across provider websites in inconsistent formats. Discovery offered no personalisation — learners searched keywords and hoped. On the supply side, smaller providers had no practical tooling to create and publish course content well.

TMA partnered with the startup from discovery workshops and PoC through to commercial launch, delivering two products: CourseFinder for smart, personalised course discovery, and Coursify for AI-assisted course creation. Trainer and provider profiles and end-to-end enrollment journeys tie the marketplace together.

Learners find the most relevant training rather than the best-marketed training. Providers reach the audience actually looking for what they teach, and publish courses in a fraction of the time. The startup moved from concept to a live commercial platform with one delivery partner throughout.
