An Australian university and healthcare research organisation that holds one of the country's most respected bodies of dementia knowledge. Its audience is not students but older adults and family caregivers - people who need a specific answer at the moment of need, and who are poorly served by academic PDFs and long resource libraries.

Caregivers struggled to find guidance relevant to their own situation. Learning materials were spread across documents, videos and web pages with no unified way to navigate them. Anything built for this audience had to be accessible to older adults with limited digital confidence.

TMA built a conversational AI learning assistant with voice interaction, backed by RAG-based knowledge search over the organisation's trusted dementia research. The mobile-first, multimodal app recommends personalised content and videos and lets users simply ask a question in natural language instead of searching.

Caregivers get personalised guidance and reach trusted answers in seconds rather than scrolling through libraries. Engagement rose because the interaction feels like a conversation, not a course. The organisation now has a digital education channel that scales to a national audience without adding staff.
