In Artificial Intelligence (AI), we have successfully completed the initial phase of our AI development strategy, with nearly 100% of our engineering team undergoing specialized training. To date, we have developed over 60 AI solutions and successfully deployed them for more than 40 clients in both domestic and international markets. Recently, TMA was honored to achieve Top 10 Outstanding Digital Technology Enterprises in Vietnam for 2024, an accolade presented by the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA). This recognition marks the 11th annual announcement of the awards, and we take great pride in earning titles in two categories: Top 10 Digital Business Enterprises and Top 10 Software Outsourcing Enterprises. These achievements not only reaffirm TMA’s strengths in the technology sector but also inspire our company to innovate further and develop solutions that contribute to the nation’s digital transformation efforts. We have partnered with over 65 universities, creating internship and career development opportunities for students at TMA. Recently, we signed a collaboration agreement with Hue University of Education, which opens up numerous learning and experiential opportunities for students. From September 10 to 12, TMA Korea participated in the K-ICT WEEK 2024 in Busan. This event served as a significant platform for showcasing 4th Industrial revolution technologies and provided opportunities for networking across the AI KOREA, CLOUD EXPO, and IT EXPO exhibitions. The focus was on connecting local businesses in industries such as maritime, finance, and logistics with advanced AI technologies. At the event, TMA’s booth presented many solutions in AI, Fintech, and Healthcare. We met and connected with over 70 South Korean companies. Through the event, we gained a deeper understanding of client needs, expanded our business activities, and increased awareness of TMA in the South Korean market.

On September 23, TMA Technology Group donated 300 million VND to support Northern localities severely affected by Storm No. 3 - Yagi. According to Mr. Hiep Phan, Director of Communications, this donation was drawn from TMA's charitable fund, with contributions from 4,000 employees. For over 10 years, TMA’s charity fund has been actively involved in various social activities by local authorities. One notable program is “Thuy’s Dream”, initiated by Tuoi Tre Newspaper, which aims to help children with cancer across the country. This contribution not only demonstrates TMA’s commitment to standing alongside the community in times of hardship but also promotes humanitarian values and fosters a spirit of solidarity. On September 12, TMA participated in the Tech4life Expo & Summit 2024, an event celebrating National Digital Transformation Day in Ho Chi Minh City. The event attracted over 2,000 delegates from both domestic and international economies, including South Korea, China, India, Japan, France, Sri Lanka, Russia, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, and Germany. It featured four conference sessions with over 30 speakers, more than 50 exhibition booths, and over 200 business networking opportunities. At the event, TMA representatives engaged in B2B networking with over 20 companies from Taiwan, South Korea, and Russia, expanding collaboration opportunities and exploring new business potentials. This gave us a great chance to explore new partnerships and business opportunities, opening doors for future collaboration.

Employee health remains a top priority for TMA Tech Group. To ensure employees’ well-being, the 2024 health check-up program in Ho Chi Minh City (from August 7 to September 14), has been upgraded. This year, the program features an expanded range of examination options, along with enhanced service quality to offer a thorough health assessment. In addition to comprehensive check-ups, this year’s program provides special screenings for female employees, ensuring that all health care needs are thoroughly addressed.
