On July 18, 2025, TMA Solutions took part in the VIP Members Meeting organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA). The event brought together the HCA Board of Directors and representatives of VIP member businesses. The meeting focused on the proposed direction and implementation plan for the HCA Smart Factory Solutions program, which aims to support digital transformation in manufacturing. HCA VIP Members Meeting TMA Solutions shared an approach to Smart Manufacturing solution, focusing on the application of technologies such as IoT, AI, and real-time data analytics to improve factory operations. The meeting also featured discussions where members exchanged insights, shared practical experiences, and proposed solution ideas related to Smart Factory development. Key directions agreed upon during the session include: Establishing a Smart Factory expert advisory group under HCA; Developing an industry-specific solution brochure (for sectors such as manufacturing, plastics, food, etc.) to support consulting and enterprise engagement activities; Initial plans for a series of seminars and outreach activities to be held in Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, and Binh Duong starting from Q4/2025. On June 5th and 6th, 2025, TMA Solutions participated in the Australia-Vietnam Alumni Business Forum 2025 held in Ho Chi Minh City, hosted by the Australian Consulate-General in Ho Chi Minh City and co-hosted by Dear Our Community (DOC) and the Australia-Vietnam Leadership Dialogue (AVLD). With the theme “Bridging Knowledge, Innovation, and Business for a Sustainable Future,” the forum provided a valuable platform to discuss current trends, technologies, and developments influencing the future of test automation and quality assurance. Australia-Vietnam Alumni Business Forum 2025 Dr. Nguyen Huu Le, Chairman at TMA Solutions, delivered a meaningful speech titled: Cross-Border Innovation – Australia-Vietnam Collaboration in Digital Skills and Entrepreneurship. He shared how AI has impacted TMA Solutions, bringing both challenges and new opportunities for growth. He emphasized that TMA has successfully transformed into an AI company, with 4,000 engineers now fully equipped with AI knowledge. He also mentioned TMA Solutions’ investment in 12 partners across several Australian cities, which is now also being used in the US market. Another project involves a start-up in Melbourne that develops a product connecting people with hospitals and police for timely assistance. The startup lacked the human resources to develop the software as quickly as expected, so the project was outsourced to TMA. Dr Le cited these cases as examples to demonstrate what he sees as a distinctive feature of the Australia-Vietnam bilateral relations, which is genuine synergy based on mutual benefits. Additionally, he spoke about efforts to build a tech community in Adelaide as a way to encourage ongoing engagement and knowledge sharing. Overall, these initiatives demonstrate TMA Solutions’ commitment to embracing AI technology and strengthening its presence both locally and internationally. These efforts show TMA Solutions’ focus on using AI technology and expanding its connections both locally and abroad. On June 12th, 2025, TMA participated in the Korea-Vietnam Digital Innovation Forum 2025 held in Ho Chi Minh City. Hosted by the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) of South Korea, in collaboration with the Vietnam Software & IT Services Association (VINASA), event aims to strengthen technological exchange and foster digital innovation between Vietnam and South Korea by bringing together leading voices, organizations, and enterprises from the ICT sector of both nations. Mr. Bui Van Cuong, Senior Director in charge of the Asian market at TMA Technology Group, delivered a meaningful topic: AI-powered Digital Transformation: Catalyzing Innovation Across Industries. He highlighted that digital transformation worldwide is undergoing a clear shift—from traditional automation, which relies on fixed logic and structured data, to intelligent systems that can learn, adapt, and process both structured and unstructured data. Its TMA AI Center boasts over 120 AI certifications and more than 100 real-world AI solutions, spanning healthcare, smart manufacturing, agriculture, e-commerce, security, finance, education, telecommunications, and automotive. Highlighted projects included a rice disease detection system with 90 %+ accuracy, a durian-cutting robot that reduces operational costs by 60%, early diagnosis of cattle diseases, a 24/7 AI health assistant, and predictive analytics for remote patient care and factory maintenance. TMA also presented its AI-driven workplace safety monitoring solution, which is improving compliance and safety culture for industrial clients.

On May 30, 2025, TMA Solutions had the honor of welcoming a high-level delegation from OSBC and KOSSA during their official visit and working session in Ho Chi Minh City. The visit marked an important milestone in expanding strategic cooperation between TMA and leading Korean tech organizations and enterprises. The delegation included: Mr. Taekwan Kim – Chairman & CEO of OSBC, Chairman of KOSSA Mr. Ho Sung Shim – Vice Chairman of KOSSA Mr. Tae Jin Kim – Chairman & CEO of Insignary Mr. Il Soo Chang – Chairman & CEO of Sparrow Mr. Jae Hyuk An – Global Business Development Manager Sparrow Mr. Vuong Minh Phat – Country Manager OSBC As part of the program, TMA Solutions and OSBC officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to promote close cooperation in business development and software solution implementation in both the Korean and Vietnamese markets. In addition, the meeting provided an opportunity for TMA to engage directly with KOSSA to explore future collaboration potential in delivering technology solutions to Korean enterprises. During the session, TMA showcased its key technology capabilities and services, including: AI-powered solutions Agritech solutions EdTech solutions Logistics solutions Along with a wide range of other software services successfully deployed in global markets The meeting was held in a warm, open, and professional atmosphere, demonstrating the spirit of partnership and long-term commitment between TMA and its Korean partners. The event also opened new opportunities for bringing TMA’s technology solutions closer to the Korean market, with valuable support and connections from OSBC and KOSSA.

On June 3rd and 4th, 2025, TMA Solutions participated in BIZTECH 2025 held in Ho Chi Minh City. Exhibition showcasing technology products/AI application solutions; business networking activities and thematic seminars focusing on AI applications in business management, marketing, e-commerce, logistics, AI human resources, and more. This is an annual program organized by VINASA to promote digital transformation and technology adoption for the business community, especially small and medium-sized enterprises. In addition to showcasing AI technology products/solutions, Biztech 2025 also focuses on providing AI skill training to help individuals and businesses quickly adapt to the emerging trend of AI Agent applications. At the event, Mr. Hoang Minh Thang, Marketing Director of TMA Group, conveyed key information about the growing importance of AI and AI Agents in business operations. Mr. Thắng highlighted the growing trend of AI replacing certain types of jobs while also creating new ones, emphasizing that within every challenge lies an opportunity. He underscored the need for individuals and businesses to equip themselves with the right skills to adapt and thrive in the AI era. According to Mr. Thắng, this begins with understanding what AI is currently capable of, recognizing its strengths, and identifying the unique advantages that humans bring to effectively leverage and take control of AI. He also outlined several essential skills needed in this new landscape, including AI awareness, adaptability, and critical thinking. Simultaneously, Mr. Thắng introduced the TMA AI Center, an early strategic investment by TMA Group. He shared how the center plays a key role in applying AI across various aspects of the company’s operations. From internal process improvements to the integration of AI into client-focused solutions and projects, TMA is actively leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, innovation, and service delivery. During the events, it was noted that both local and international tech companies have been adopting AI and AI Agents to improve efficiency and support business growth. Applying AI is not just about acquiring new technology; it involves a broader restructuring process that requires a shift in mindset and changes within the organization's workforce.

TMA recently took part in the Asia Tech x Singapore (ATxSG) technology event, which was held from 27 to 29 May 2025 in Singapore. TMA contributed to networking and exchanges with the international technology community. The event provided insights into the latest technology trends and opportunities to expand partnerships across Singapore and the ASEAN region. TMA attended with the objectives of meeting current clients and partners, as well as exploring new collaboration opportunities, particularly in AI solutions. The company also demonstrated its role as a comprehensive technology solution provider beyond software outsourcing services. During the event, TMA held strategic discussions with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce – Singapore (VietCham Singapore) to develop cooperation in two main sectors: HealthTech Solutions: Healthcare solutions for hospitals, nursing homes, and home care services FinTech Solutions: Technology solutions serving banks and financial institutions. Additionally, TMA met with various businesses and introduced a range of solutions across multiple industries. These engagements provided valuable insights into market demands and new trends, helping us continuously adapt our technology solutions to meet the region’s changing needs.
