Over the years, TMA has improved its processes to become a mature and effective organization. TMA has developed and trained its employees using an
approach called TMA Unified Process (TUP) that is based on industry standards and best practices (RUP, ISO, TL 9000, CMMI-Level 5, Agile, etc.), and TMA’s experiences from many successful projects over more than 25 years.
For effective communication in distributed teams and visibility of project activities, we provide integrated online project management tools to help our customers to access real-time project status and task details.
More than half of our projects now involve Agile/SCRUM methods. Based on many years of experience in applying Agile, we have built a TMA Agile Framework which has additional activities to minimize issues caused by standard Agile in the offshore model.
