
Bot accesses SharePoint to download required files. Then, it compares the Tracing file and Raw Data to identify the additional “Shipment Number”.
New values are updated in the Tracing file, and the bot will mark them with a RED. After finishing editing the Tracing file, the Bot uploads it to SharePoint.
The Bot accesses their website to retrieve the latest data. Then, the Bot marks the newly acquired data from the Carrier Website in RED.
There’s a set record of Bot actions in the “Remarks” column for reference. The Bot also sends a copy of the file to the operator as backup.
