Protecting customer's data and intellectual property is a very important job of all TMA employees because it is vital for TMA business. We are doing our best to build a secure working environment to give our customers peace of mind.
- Security training is mandatory in our New Hire Training to make sure all TMA employees are aware of, and follow, the Security Guidelines.
- Physical access control includes secure access to project rooms and restricted labs.

- Dedicated Security group to conduct internal audits and ensure security policies and procedures are followed
- For network security, we have implemented a secured network and allocated a separate subnet for each project/customer (to prevent data transfer outside the project). Data transfer with customers is protected by VPN or encryption.
