Quality Process
Over the years, TMA has improved its processes to become a mature and effective organization. TMA has developed and trained its employees an approach called TMA Unified Process (TUP) that is based on industry standards and best practices (RUP, ISO, TL 9000, CMMi, etc.) and TMA experiences from many successful outsourcing projects. TUP is a guideline for project activities towards a single goal of customer satisfaction. TUP leverages consistency and efficiency across all TMA projects while maintaining our adaptability to customer processes and decisions.

We have a dedicated QMS (Quality Management System) group that support projects and departments in defining and applying processes.
