Engagement Models
Based on your business needs, we will propose an appropriate model. You can start with a pilot project, project-based model to test our capability then switch to a long-term relationship – ODC (Offshore Development Center) model.
Project-based Model
In this model, the project has a fixed price based on the requirements.
Typical process for this model:
- The customer provides TMA with the project requirements.
- TMA estimates cost and proposes technical solutions (in a proposal document).
- Contract sign-off
- Project implementation (by TMA)
- Acceptance test (by the customer)
ODC (Offshore Development Center) Model
In this model, the customer has a dedicated team in TMA acting as a virtual extension of their own engineering team. TMA takes care of the facility, infrastructure and human resources. The customer only pays a flat monthly rate. The team is selected by the customer and the team size is adjustable, based on the customer's resource requirements. The ODC manager can be provided by TMA (at no cost), or by the customer.
