Dr. Nguyen Huu Le - Chairman

Dr. Le has been working in the IT/Telecom fields for many years in Australia, Canada, U.K., Japan, and has been a pioneer in the development of the software industry in Vietnam. He spent 22 years with Nortel, and was mostly involved in the R&D Globalization and Externalization programs where one of his most important contributions was the recognition and utilization of the skilled human resources from the Asia Pacific region, including Japan, China, Vietnam, and India. He left Nortel as the Director of Global R&D Planning in 2000 to become the President and CEO of Paragon Asia Pacific, managing their development centers in Vietnam and India. Since joining TMA at the end of 2001, he serves also as the Chief Marketing Officer to promote TMA to the world, and as the Chief Mentor, to help build the foundation for the company based on the best practices in the industry.

Ms. Ngoc Anh Bui - CEO

Ms. Bui started her career after obtaining a master degree in Commerce from Van Hanh University. She began working in the construction industry, rising to become the Chief Accountant of the Foreign Construction Company of the Ministry of Trade, responsible for all the financial planning of the company. After taking early retirement, she founded TMA in 1997. Mrs. Bui now brings her wealth of management experience to the role of President & CEO for TMA.

Ms. Duong Pham - Vice President, CFO

Duong obtained her Diploma of Marketing from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia, and upon her return to Vietnam in 1996, joined Ming On (Vietnam) as a Marketing Executive. At its founding she joined TMA as the Director of HR and Administration. Duong was promoted to Vice President in October 2005 and focus on finance and legal.

Ms. Uyen Pham - Vice President, Human Resources & Administration

Uyen received a degree in Tourism Management in Australia in 1994. She has over 11 years of experience in advertising and business development working for JWT Vietnam, a member of one of the largest American advertising company, WPP Communication Group. Her last position there was Group Account Director, the highest position in JWT Vietnam held by a Vietnamese. Uyen joined TMA in 2007 to manage Human Resources & Administration.

Mr. Hong Tran - Vice President, Corporate Development

Hong obtained a bachelor degree in Computer Science and an MBA from Ho Chi Minh University of Technology. Hong joined TMA in 1998 and managed many software projects before moving to business and corporate activities. Currently Hong is in charge of Business Development and Mobile Solutions.

Mr. Thanh Hoang - Director, Infrastructure

Thanh has been working in IT industry for more than 14 years since 1996 after graduating from Lotus College major in software development and then graduated from the University of Natural Science of HCMC major in Computer Network & Telecom. In 2000, Thanh began his career in TMA as an IT Administrator, then leading the IT, Security and Administrations Departments and building these become strong functions to support TMA fast development. Currently, Thanh is the director of Infrastructure covering IT, Security and Administration.

Mr. Hiep Tran - Director, Delivery Center 2

Hiep has been working in the IT industry for more than a decade since he graduated with a bachelor degree in Math & Informatics from Da Lat University in 1997. After joining TMA in 2000, Hiep has worked with several telecom projects, specializing in Product Verification. He was promoted to Project Manager in 2005 and then Senior Manager after 2 years based on the great success of the projects he managed. Currently Hiep holds the position of Director of Delivery Center 2, including a fast growing telecom project that scaled up more than 100 engineers in just 6 months.

Mr. Lac Bui - Director, Delivery Center 3

Lac got his bachelor degree in Computer Sciences from Can Tho University and joined TMA in 1997 as one of the first six TMA employees. Lac is the technical architect for many large and complex projects. Currently Lac is in charge of Delivery Center 3 specialized in Product Development and Support in Telecommunication and Networking. He also manages the CTO office consisting of a dozen technical architects providing support to all projects.

Mr. Hung Tran - Director, Quality Management

Hung graduated from Can Tho University in 1997 and was one of the first six TMA engineers. Hung has contributed significantly to the growth of many projects. Currently Hung is managing Quality Management department.

Mr. Phuong Ngo - Director, Delivery Center 5

Phuong obtained a B.S. degree in Math and Informatics from Da Lat University and is pursuing a Strategic Management MBA at Maastricht University. Phuong joined TMA in 1997 as one of the first TMA engineers and has been involved in many software development projects. Currently Phuong is in charge of Business Solutions, Mobile Applications, Japanese and European markets.

Alex Newcombe - Director, North America office

Alex Newcombe has both bachelor and master degrees in Electrical Engineering and over 20 years experience at Nortel working on telecommunications software design, hardware-software interface, systems engineering and project management. His experience spans the entire software lifecycle and a range of telecommunications products large and small. Alex joined TMA in 2007 and is now the director of the North American office.

Mr. Viet Pham - Director, Delivery Center 1 and Training Center

Viet joined TMA in 1999, right after graduating in IT from Natural Sciences University. Viet has worked on and led many successful small and large projects and specializes in Product Verification and Validation. He is now the Director leading Delivery Center 1 and TMA Training Center that provides courses and skill development for all staff in TMA and training services for IT graduates.

Mr. Tam Phan - Director, Australia Office

Tam has been working in IT&T for more than 20 years. Tam's role encompasses the development of new business relationships and partnership initiatives, including key leadership role in setting strategy for TMA Australia. Prior to joining TMA Solutions in 2010, Tam was the co-founder and CTO of eXceed Global Pty Ltd - a Melbourne based software company provides Bid Management software solution. Tam has successfully led the development of iBid software from grounds up to commercial release. Prior to eXceed Global, Tam held several management and technical positions at Telstra Corporation, Damovo, Vignette, Westpac. Tam holds a Bachelor of Mathematics & Computing from University of South Australia.

Dr. Quang D. Bui - Director, ICT Research & Development Center

Quang obtained his BSc. in Telecommunication from University of Communication and Transportation, Vietnam; MSc. in Communication, Networks and Software from University of Surrey, England; and PhD in Electronics and Computer Engineering from RMIT University, Australia. He has been working 14 years for Hanoi Post and Telecommunication, and then for Ministry of Post and Telecommunication in both technical and management positions. He left the Ministry as Deputy Director General of IT Department. Since joining TMA at the end of 2010, he is in charge of TMA's R&D Center (iRDC). He also manages the Student Development Center (SDC) to foster universities' internship programs, and the Corporate Development Office (CDO).
